I'm glad that you are able to access the help desk and find the resources that you need for your game. It's also nice when your team members do their share of their work. I'm referring to your earlier blog post. Everybody has responsibility on a team and the whole team suffers when someone doesn't do his/her job. The game development goes so much more smoothly too!
